New York Philanthropist Keith Mann Funds College Scholarship

Founder and CEO of Dynamics Search Partners (DSP), Keith Mann, has announced the Keith and Keely Mann Scholarship for Professional Achievement, with the intent to recognize and support innovative business leaders of the future. The $5,000 scholarship will be awarded annually, and is open to graduating seniors who attend Brooklyn’s Uncommon Charter High School. Keith Mann and DSP have supported Uncommon Charter in the past, providing student mentoring and resume workshops. A long-time advocate for education, Keith Mann believes in the mission of Uncommon Charter schools, making college an accessible stepping stone to low-income students with leadership qualities. “We want to support the Uncommon Schools’ goal of preparing low-income students to not only attend, but graduate from college and go on to succeed professionally using their degree,” he explains.

With over 15 years of experience as an executive search professional, Keith Mann helms DSP with a commitment to relationship building with both clients and candidates. The company specializes in recruiting and placement in the alternative investment industry, which includes hedge fund and private equity firms. Alongside its traditional search and placement services in these specialty markets, DSP provides staffing and hiring strategy to clients and market insight and advice to candidates who value their expertise. DSP has placed more than 2,000 professionals in strategic roles at its partner clients.

Mann has also been a benefactor of the NYPD, donating to the 54th precinct on multiple occasions in response to protests and violence against police officers. He has also donated to Hope and Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund. Coupled with his past generosity and ongoing partnership with Uncommon Charter schools, this recently-established, ongoing scholarship firmly establishes Mann’s legacy as a philanthropic entrepreneur.
